Office Hours

My site is administrated remotely by team members in the US and Europe. There is usually someone online when you are, but please allow a 24 hour response time Monday to Friday, and 72 hours Saturday - Sunday.

  • Make sure your internet browser is up to date. My school supports the latest versions of Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge.

  • Usernames and Passwords from my old site don't work here yet (please see FAQ below for more).

  • In order to make sure my site runs well for you please make sure you have Javascript enabled, graphic and audio output capability (speakers or headphones), & a broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 5Mbps (recommended). If you have trouble with a video, you can turn down the resolution to have it load more quickly.

  • I already have an account on Do I need to make a new account here?

    We transferred all accounts over in mid-April, so if you made an account there, you should have one here, too, with your purchases, using the same email address.

    If you made a purchase on the old site after that date, we've also been moving people over manually, so you should have an account under your email address here, too.

    You'll just need to reset the password over here, because we didn't move passwords. Just click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page.

  • My password isn't working/I've forgotten my password. Help!

    Please make sure that you have created an account on this site as usernames and passwords from the old site will not work here. You can reset your own password by going to: 1. Home Page 2. Sign In 3. Then enter your email and click "Forgot Password” 4. In the next screen, enter your email again. 5. The system will send you a password reset link which will be valid for 6 hours 6. Please check your spam incase the email ends up there!

  • I'm signed up for a course and I just see the sales page. Help!

    Please make sure you're already logged in and you're using the same email address you used to purchase the item.

    Once you're logged in, to access the courses you're in, go to the link at the top that reads "My Dashboard" and that will show you all the classes you are in. From there, click on Start Course or on the course image. If you click on Course Overview, it will take you to the sales page.

    The All Courses link will take you to all of the course overviews, so if you want to access a course, use the Dashboard link instead.

  • I'm looking for one of your courses from the other site and I don't see it here.

  • I purchased digital content over on the original site. Can I access that here?

    Good news: individual items still don't expire. If you purchased any items (eBooks, webinars, courses, etc.) those WILL be transferred to your new account when all is said and done.

    You MIGHT also have a bonus of a free month of Diamond, so if you see a lot of courses in your account, that's why. Those will expire automatically.

  • Why do I see logos for when that's the old address?

  • I have a Student or Pro membership on the original already. Will I get a membership here automatically?

    Diamond and Gold are a big step up from the previous membership levels, so there isn't a straight transfer.

    Pro and Student memberships are being phased out, but you will of course still get everything you paid for, and a little more.

    Rest assured, you still get to access to all of the Member Library videos that came with your membership level, for the duration of your membership. Most of it is accessible here already, and if it isn't, it's still on the original site.

    Here's why the new memberships are awesome: the products that were for sale on the old site (courses, webinars, feature films, ebooks) were not included in the Pro and Student memberships, but many of them are now part of the Gold membership and all of them are available to Diamond members.

    In mid-April, 2020, I also gave members a free month of the new Diamond memberships. Check out the My Dashboard link in the menu to see all of the courses you can access.

  • What's your cancellation or change policy?

    I'm all about freedom of movement and choice, so you won't ever be trapped in a plan. You can cancel renewal at any time. Your membership access will expire at the end of your paid month and you won't be charged again. Please don't ask for a refund unless you were unhappy with the courses. In that case, contact us we will definitely refund you.

    If you want to switch from Diamond to Gold, just cancel your Diamond and purchase the Gold when your Diamond expires - or contact us and we'll help you do that more smoothly.

  • I signed up for a live course. Where do I watch it?

    All courses you are registered for on this site are viewable by clicking on the menu item: My Dashboard.

    The live courses have all moved from my old site to this one.

    Students who registered for live courses on my old site also got a free month of Diamond membership in mid-April.

    If you haven't yet registered for a live course, but want to, you can buy the live course on this site or you can get a Diamond membership, will include access to the course.

    If you want to keep the course forever, then please buy it individually, rather than accessing it with a membership.

  • Do you have an Affiliate program for individuals and shelters?

    Yes! It's super easy to join the affiliate program and start earning cash for referring people to memberships and courses.

  • What's the difference between buying a course and getting it with a membership?

    If you want to keep access to a course or video forever, you can buy it individually.

    If you love learning about dog training and want to access more than one course, especially on a regular basis, the membership is likely the better way to go. As long as your membership is current, you can revisit any course in the membership.

    If you have a membership, you won't be able to (or need to) buy a course until the membership expires.

  • How do buy physical things like Leashes, DVDs, and Paperback Books?

    The physical product store is still on my other site. I'll be moving that here eventually.

    On there I sell DVDs, paperback books, my music CD, and leashes.

  • How can I make a direct Paypal payment?

    Payments on this site are currently set up for Stripe. If for some reason that doesn't work for you, you can coordinate with our staff to pay for courses via Paypal. Here is the Paypal link.

  • Where can I buy leashes, DVDs, and books? (physical products)

    The online store will be moved fairly soon. For now, it lives on my older site. Just remember to come back here for digital products.
